Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Prenatal Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. My goal is to keep you as comfortable and relaxed as possible during your session. Prenatal massages can be performed in a supportive side-lying position, or, I offer the use of a Belly Pillow pregnancy pillow to comfortably lie in the standard supine (laying on your back) & prone (laying on your stomach) positions. Cancellation Policy

Please notify me at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to advertise your appointment time for other clients who are looking to get in for a massage. I understand that emergencies do happen, and if this is the case, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Failure to notify me of your cancellation and not showing up for your scheduled service time may result in a mandatory deposit before being allowed to re-book.
