Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. These policies help me protect the time I set aside for each client while continuing to offer a relaxed, unhurried experience for everyone I see. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. I understand that unexpected illness, emergencies, severe weather, and other circumstances outside of your control can happen. When they do, please reach out as soon as you’re able. I’m always happy to approach genuine unexpected situations with understanding and reasonable flexibility. Any outstanding cancellation or missed-appointment fee must be taken care of before your next session. Arriving for Your Appointment: To keep each appointment relaxed and ensure every client receives their reserved time, sessions begin and end as scheduled. If you arrive late, I’ll provide as much of your scheduled session as the remaining time allows. Because appointments are reserved individually and I need adequate time between clients, I may not be able to extend your session beyond its original ending time. The full session price will still apply. For your first visit, arriving about 10 minutes early gives us time to talk through your intake form, your goals, and anything you’d like me to know before we begin. For returning visits, arriving about 5 minutes early gives you time to settle in, use the restroom if needed, and get comfortable so we can begin your session on time.
