Welcome to Amethyst Massage Therapy. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website, online booking services, purchases, and communications. By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products or gift cards, you agree to the applicable terms outlined below.
Appointments & Services
Massage therapy and bodywork services provided by Amethyst Massage Therapy are professional and therapeutic in nature. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and are not a substitute for medical care.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information regarding health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or other circumstances that may affect their session.
Amethyst Massage Therapy reserves the right to modify or discontinue a session when necessary for the safety, comfort, or well-being of the client or practitioner.
Cancellations & No-Shows
At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Exceptions for illness, emergencies, or inclement weather may be made at the discretion of Amethyst Massage Therapy.
Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before future appointments may be booked.
Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session so that appointments following theirs can begin on time. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full scheduled service price may apply.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods may include exact cash, debit or credit cards, HSA/FSA cards when eligible, and valid Amethyst Massage Therapy gift cards.
Clients are responsible for determining whether a service qualifies for reimbursement or payment through their individual HSA/FSA plan.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services at Amethyst Massage Therapy and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Digital gift cards may be purchased online. Physical gift cards may be available directly through Amethyst Massage Therapy by arranging a pickup time.
Products & Online Purchases
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to display products and information accurately but cannot guarantee that website descriptions, images, or other content will always be completely error-free.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Amethyst Massage Therapy offers optional SMS communications.
By voluntarily opting in to appointment-related SMS messages, you agree to receive communications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and other information related to your appointments.
If you separately opt in to marketing SMS messages, you may receive occasional messages regarding availability, services, special offers, and business updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services or booking an appointment.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information associated with SMS communications is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy.
Email Communications
Clients may receive transactional emails related to appointments, purchases, or other services they request. Marketing emails are optional, and recipients may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.
Website Use
Content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, photographs, logos, and other materials belonging to Amethyst Massage Therapy, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
